The conference (Theme: "Building Vibrant communities") starts at 9:45am (Registrations open from 9.00 am) and closes at 5pm. There are debates on "Affordable Housing", "Podiatry", "Flooding" and "Democratic Accountability in Regional Government" and keynote speeches from Andrew Stunell MP, Sandra Gidley MP and Baroness Scott, as well as lots of training sessions and fringe meetings.
