The South Central Regional Conference & AGM will be held on November 9th. 9:30-4:30pm at Denefield School, Tilehurst, Reading, RG31 6XY. Register here. 

We will be seeking nominations to form the South Central Executive for 2025/26.

Timetable

October 19th - Nominations open

November 9th (12pm) Nominations close

November 22nd (9am) Ballots open (if there are contested positions)

December 10th (5pm) Ballots close

The Returning Officer will review nominations and announce any selections which can be declared (where the position was unopposed). An announcement will be published on our website and emailed to members as soon as possible after Regional Conference. 

For any positions that are contested those candidates will be put before the region's members for election under single transferable vote. This election can be expected to open 9am November 22nd with ballots closing 5pm December 10th. Members registered to vote electronically should expect to receive their unique voting codes by email within 72 hours of ballots opening.
